Credit Cards Into Wii Slot, A Broken Wii At The End

We’ll need to dish out our credit card to top up the Wii points to buy retro games at the Virtual Console channel but for what we know, we just have to key in our card’s number and some confidential pin code to complete a transaction. However, not everyone is familiar with this process.

A mum inserted not one but three credit cards into her Nintendo Wii’s tiny disc slot after following the below advice.

“put in your credit card when prompted on the Shop Channel, and get the amount of points you want.”

Of course, no Wii points were awarded, the Wii gone bust and we got an angry lady in the end but this incident offers some light to create a Wii accessory for swiping credit cards.

Order Your Food Via Your Wii, Japan Yummy Food Delivery Channel

Without food, we’ll die. Without Wii, we’ll die too. If we can eat before, during and after some Wii playing, we’ll assured that we can live very, very long. And our wish is granted.

The new year will see the Wii adding a Food Delivery Channel in Japan to let Wii owners order some really yummy food via their Wii consoles. Demae-can.com, an online food ordering service, can be accessed through the channel to bring you authentic sushi, pizza, fried rice, Chinese food and other exotic cuisine.

Using your Wii remote, you can choose your food easily while listening to great background music that complements your food selection.

Umbrella Umbrella, No Zombie Raining

The Umbrella Corporation may be a fictional bioengineering pharmaceutical company in Resident Evil series but its umbrella is real and can be used. Red and white alternating panels give you the recognition as the company’s once employee. You should count yourself lucky that you have not turned into a zombie yet. $14.99 for a rainy day.

Monster Hunter G Coming To Wii In Japan

Monster Hunter G which is originally from PS2, will be coming to Wii by Spring 2009 in Japan. Nunchuk won’t be used as the game requires a classic controller to work. 16:9 widescreen format and the option to send items to your home are excluded from the Wii version.

Hope this Monster will be coming to North America in good time.

Have A Raving Christmas!

Kids Are Asking Santa For A Wii This Christmas

When the Nintendo Wiis are in limited supply, some children are smart enough to ask for the hot gaming console from the Big guy, Santa Claus.

“Dear Santa, Here is what I want if it’s not too much trouble: a Nintendo Wii, Controlled Spike the Dinosaur, V-Smile Motion, Laser Jam, Kidart Studio. Hope it’s not too much trouble and hope you’re not working too hard.” — Granbury

I hope Santa grant this kid his wish and if you (yes, you) are reading this blog, please give me Guitar Hero: World Tour as this year Christmas present, thanks lot with love!

Tatsunoko Vs Capcom, The Ball Boss

The boss of Tatsunoko Vs Capcom, currently available in Wii and arcades everywhere in Japan, is a ball, an orb or a round thing. This ball reminds me of disco, rather than some fearsome evil power.
